I am a florist and we needed an order delivered to the Children's hospital. The not only did exactly what was in the pic on the website but the managed to deliver on the same day and my order was placed late in the afternoon. I ordered through the website and delivery was included in the price. They sent me a photo at my request, this was no trouble to them.

I used to buy flower in here and it was really good last time. However, today, I experienced a really awful service from them. Very unprofessional! I called 3 times and got 3 different prices. They keep saying bye even before I finish talking. Very hard to communicate with and I'm so disappointed.

Good service. I called at 3:30pm to order flower to deliver to Prince of Wales Hospital, the florist managed to deliver the same day. Flower was beautiful.
